This website is owned and administered by the ABBL with registered address: 12, rue Erasme, L-1468 Luxembourg.

The ABBL does its best to ensure that the information and data available on its website are accurate and up-to-date. Such information and data have been compiled from sources that, to the best of the ABBL’s knowledge, are reliable. However, the ABBL cannot be held responsible for any error, omission, alteration or late updates of said information and data. Hence, web users are kindly asked not to base their decisions thereon before verifying its accuracy. The user acknowledges using such data and information at his/her own risk.

The ABBL shall use its best endeavours to ensure the security of the website and the computer system. However, it accepts no liability in the event of a cyber attack, computer piracy of the website becoming temporarily or wholly unavailable.

The web user may download or print articles, pages and/or sections from this website provided that the copyright notices or other property notices are not deleted. Such data may only be used for information or reference purposes and under the condition that it is not modified in any way and that the source be clearly indicated.

Cookies Management

This site may use cookies, which are small text files destined to analyse information related to the user’s navigation (such as frequency of visits, duration of visits, visited pages and languages preferences). Any user who joined the ABBL on social networks undertakes to exclude any form of discrimination. Abusive or offensive comments will be removed and reported. Comments posted on Twitter accounts will be answered from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00. The pages are not continuously monitored after working hours, during weekends and holidays. The primarily used languages are French and English. To the extent possible, the website team will provide answers to all the questions or comments in the user’s language.

Applicable law

This website is subject to Luxembourg law. Any dispute concerning the use of this website will be subject to Luxembourg law and the courts of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes.
